These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the VIP Tours Malta website and the booking of our services. By using our website or confirming a booking, you agree to the following:

 

1. Bookings & Payments

- A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking.

- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, international credit cards

- Prices are quoted in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full or partial refund.

- Cancellations made within 60 days of the event may incur fees or be non-refundable.

- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

 

3. Changes to Itineraries

VIP Tours Malta reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational considerations. Clients will be informed promptly of any significant changes.

 

4. Liability

At VIP Tours Malta, we take every precaution to ensure your experience is safe, seamless, and enjoyable. However, we cannot accept liability for:

- Personal injury, illness, or loss/damage to personal belongings.

- Delays, cancellations, or alterations due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events such as severe weather, strikes, or government restrictions.

Clients are responsible for arranging their own travel and personal insurance to cover any unforeseen events or incidents.

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the total price of the services you have purchased.

We are committed to minimizing disruptions and will make every reasonable effort to provide suitable alternatives should unexpected events occur.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

- Provide accurate information, including medical or dietary requirements

- Act respectfully toward VIP Tours Malta team members and service providers

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of VIP Tours Malta and may not be reproduced without prior permission.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these Terms will fall under the jurisdiction of Maltese courts.
